In most situations, S.O.S. will produce a complete electronic inventory before removing contents from a job site. Steamatic was the first restoration contractor in the Sacramento area to use the most sophisticated software available for producing content inventories after a loss. Assured Software of Canada developed the POI (Pack-Out Inventory Program) software that uses bar coding, digital photography and an extensive replacement cost database to produce user-friendly inventories. The software also allows S.O.S. to easily track customer contents from the beginning to the end of the job.

After contents come into our facility, S.O.S. technicians safely clean and restore them. The S.O.S. facility is equipped with commercial grade appliances, ultrasonic stations, dry-down chambers, electronic cleaning stations and a state-of-the-art decontamination chamber. S.O.S. also provides climate-controlled storage for customer contents until the client is ready for their return.
