| What other processes do you use for carpet cleaning, when do you recommend them and how much do they cost? |
Our primary method for cleaning the majority of carpets is the patented Steamatic Hot-Water Extraction process (truck-mounted or portable units available). We add pre-conditioning methods, like HEPA or truck-mounted dry-extraction vacuuming and a rotary application tool for heavy traffic areas that cleans each fiber in a 360-degree full circle instead of two-sides (180-degree) that is normally accomplished with an application wand. We call this restoration carpet cleaning as opposed to maintenance carpet cleaning due to the extra physical measures used to remove soil and binding agents from foot traffic and normal environmental conditions. These additional services can cost an additional $20.00 to $45.00 per room as determined by your SOS Technician at the time of cleaning.
