I have a problem with discounts because I extend you, the buyer, credit for discerning what a true discount is.  How can a cleaning service that offers a 35% discount consistently be offering anything more that their regular, market price?

Yes we do offer discounts occasionally but they are true discounts from our regular pricing.  If you call our office and ask what it will cost to clean your living room, hallway and open areas of your master bedroom, we will qualify the size of the rooms and you may qualify for our minimum charge of $139.00.  If we are offering a $50.00 off coupon on the website, the price is still the minimum charge of $139.00 (we cannot send a $75,000-dollar-equiped van and truck-mounted cleaning machine, trained technician and floor drying equipment for less than this charge).  However, if your cleaning charge is $350.00 for the areas requested, we can offer a $50.00 discount coupon.  Once we are setup and running, we become more efficient with larger areas – simple and real economics.
